FAQ
How do I contact you for a commission?
The best way to get in touch when concerning a commission is either through my Instagram @andy_the_illustrator or via email, andy.williams.freelace@gmail.com. You can also fill out the contact form on my website which will also be directed to my email inbox.
I am not a brand or a company, can I still book you for a commission?
Of course, you can, I am happy to create illustrations for a commission for individuals. My conditions do slightly change for individual’s vs organisations, with commissions for individuals I do ask for 50% payment up front and the rest on final delivery. I am happy to provide a detailed breakdown of working with me if you would like to know more.
Can I use your work?
If you would like to use any of my preexisting illustrations for a commercial project such as t-shirts, advertising etc please get in touch. I am not against it but I have in the past had my illustrations used without my consent. If you would like to use my work as reference to help with your own illustrations feel free but please remember to credit me if you use my characters or IP.
Are you available for interviews such as podcasts, blogs, articles etc?
Yes, I am always happy to chat about art, it’s a huge part of my life and if there are any opportunities to share my experiences with others then I am happy to get involved.
Did you go to art school?
A long time ago I studied visual communication at Loughborough university and focused on traditional illustration and painting. Since then technology for artist has come a long way so decided to take up digital painting/illustration which has been a self-taught process using resources online such as YouTube and Udemy.

I use procreate on the ipad for illustrations and After effects + premier pro on a windows pc for animation and editing work.
How long have you been drawing?
Professionally for over 10 years but it’s something I have always enjoyed since a child.
