INKBLOT MANCHESTER TRADERS INFORMATION Thank you for booking with Inkblot. Your support and the work you create is amazing and we’re proud to have you at our show. Let’s make it a great day to remember! Below is some information regarding the event, set up etcÂ
Section1. Tables are £45.00 (1x 5ft table available to artists) no power is available at tables.
Section 2. Tables are to be booked in advance and are non refundable or transferable.
Section 3. If you decide to cancel your space or are not able to make it, please reach out to the InkBlot team so that the InkBlot team can relocate the space to another artist.
Section4. Please keep all items on your table. No items are permitted on the floor incase of accidental injury. (Banners / displays behind your space are fine, please ensure your displays DO NOT pass your allocated area of 5ft) â—¦ Half table spaces are also available for ÂŁ25.00, for any artists sharing space please be mindful of your neighbours, allowing that there is space for the both of you. We are all adults here and any traders found causing a scene in front of customers will be asked to leave.Â
Section5. Comic vendors will be charged a total of ÂŁ100 for a “brick” table. This consists of 4x 5ft tables pushed together to create a square. We have to be mindful of space so this is the best option to allow a good amount of comics being displayed. Please make sure your back board displays are (roughly) around the same size as your trading area.Â
Section6. The hall is accessible from 9:45am till 5pm. Loading will commence from 9:45am till 11am. You must be set up by this time as the event opens at 12pm till 4pm. Close down will begin at 4:15 once the room is clear. Traders will be given 1 hour to close down and vacate the premise. – we advise bringing in all stock etc first, then set up your table.Â
Section7. Public liability insurance is essential to your booking. Although the situation of injury or damage is unlikely, Inkblot does not take any responsibility for you as an individual or your stall. As a sole trader the responsibility is yours to ensure a safe environment for yourself and customers.Â
Section8. Please respect your space. Keep your area clean and safe. Any trader found leaving litter will not be asked back to future events
Section9. This event like most will have children as well as adults, please ensure that any material that you display is appropriate. You can sell adult material but please make sure that no explicit material is on show (front covers, promotional material etc) that it is covered.
